Registrar Services
AIX Registrar is the operator of the Securities Registry and provides, or makes available to, Clients the following services and facilities within the Securities Registry:
- Recording title to Securities pursuant to Clients’ Instructions (including, but not limited to, the recording of interests in Securities);
- Enabling recording of Issuer’s Securities issuance and any changes thereto;
- Providing statements and reports in respect of Clients’ Accounts, upon request;
- Administering corporate actions (including general meetings, extraordinary meetings, and annual general meetings);
- Processing securities transactions, upon request.
