An Issuer applying to be listed on AIX must complete and submit to AIX Registrar an application in the prescribed form, together with:

• a signed Registry Services Agreement;
• a signed Account Opening Form;
• the documents requested by the Issuer and the Regulation and Compliance team for the purpose of conducting due diligence;
• any other information that the Applicant considers relevant to AIX Registrar in connection with the application.
