Astana International Exchange (“AIX” or “the Exchange”) announces the forthcoming listing and admission to trading of Green Unsecured Coupon Bonds of Caspian Solar Ltd. on AIX. The CNY 625,000,000 issuance carries a floating coupon and matures on May 08, 2031.
The proceeds from the issuance shall be used to finance a 115MW Postmasburg solar PV in South Africa. Caspian Solar Ltd. is an investment platform focused on developing green energy projects in emerging markets.
