In response to enquiries received from investors regarding the current status of the Tabys mobile application, Astana International Exchange (“AIX”) hereby provides the following information.
Tabys mobile application (the “Application”) was developed and launched by Astana International Exchange (AIX) in 2020 as a social initiative aimed at promoting financial literacy among the general public. Since its launch, the Application has provided thousands of users in Kazakhstan with access to investment instruments and contributed to the development of a culture of retail investment in the securities market.
In 2025, AIX completed the transaction for the sale of the Application to Tabys Ltd. (“Tabys Ltd.”). As a result of the transaction, the rights to the Application were transferred to Tabys Ltd.
Following completion of the transaction, AIX no longer holds the rights to the Application and is not involved in its management, development and is not responsible for its continued operation. .
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Astana International Exchange Central Securities Depository Limited (“AIX CSD”) and Astana International Exchange Registrar Limited (“AIX Registrar”) continue to provide services to investors in respect of securities acquired through the Application and held in accounts opened with AIX CSD and/or AIX Registrar; as well as funds in accounts opened in AIX CSD. AIX CSD and/or AIX Registrar perform their obligations to such investors in accordance with the applicable AIX CSD and/or AIX Registrar procedures and rules, respectively, as well as the terms of the relevant agreements. .
Investors willing to transfer their securities to a brokerage account or withdraw funds must submit the relevant transfer instruction to AIX CSD at [email protected] and/or AIX Registrar at [email protected], as applicable. .
