AIX Lists the First Tranche of SME Bonds Issued by Zhyly Home LLP

Astana International Exchange (AIX or the Exchange) is pleased to announce the successful listing and commencement of trading in the first tranche of SME bonds issued by Zhyly Home LLP under its bond programme.

The first tranche comprises 250 000 bonds with a coupon rate of 25% per annum, a face value of KZT 1 000 and a maturity date of 30 June 2027. The bonds have been issued under the Company's KZT 2.5 bn bond programme, which is valid until 30 June 2029.

Zhyly Home LLP is engaged in the construction, reconstruction, and repair of residential buildings in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Company's operations are primarily focused in Kostanay Region, contributing to the development of residential infrastructure and supporting regional economic growth.
