The First Sukuk from Uzbekistan on AIX
Astana International Exchange (“AIX” or “the Exchange”) is pleased to announce the listing of USD10 million Sukuk issued by Alif Moliya Sukuk SPC Limited. This transaction supports AIX’s strategic objective of advancing Islamic finance in the region and broadening the range of financing opportunities available to issuers across Central Asia through AIX.

The issuance is aligned with AIX’s roadmap for the further development of the Islamic capital market, presented at the third meeting of the Islamic Finance Advisory Board (IFAB) during Astana Finance Days 2026. The roadmap focuses on strengthening the sukuk pipeline, attracting issuers and investors, exploring cross-listing opportunities and further developing market infrastructure.
